This post really resonated with me. Have I hit my sweet spot? Well, not really, but I've been growing and developing so much in the last few weeks, I feel as if I'll have to hit it soon. :)

I feel a bit out of my comfort zone with all that I'm doing, all that I need to shed, and all that I need to cloak myself with. Going back to your tennis analogy, surely the tennis pros experience this very same thing? :)

Best of luck to you, and I look forward to hearing great things from your journey.

Dawn,

Great to hear from you, and how this post landed over on your side of the net.

I recently heard the adage that the job of leaders is to constantly be going into the unknown - out of their comfort zone, as you put it. It's actually the job of those who lead (meaning anyone who takes a stand, has a stake and acts on it) to be uncomfortable at times.

So, know that it is part of the growth process to stretch, to expand our range, and then to notice what is possible from that place.

So, hurrah for you, and I'd love to hear how it's going!
