As a certified professional coach, I serve leaders who make a difference.
What’s worth working to make better in the world?

What’s your legacy?
I'm a certified professional coach who serves leaders who make a difference.
Before starting my coaching business, I spent a decade as a leader in the public health field overseeing public health programs in local and state government, and in non-profit organizations.
As a coach, I specialize in assisting professionals from government and non-profit settings connect with their passion and dedication, align their actions with their values, priorities and life purpose, and ultimately make a bigger difference on the issues that matter to them.
In addition to my individual coaching work, I also consult with public health organizations on leadership development, strategic planning and facilitation projects.
My education and training includes a masters degree in public health (MPH) from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, individual coaching training and certification (CPCC) from The Coaches Training Institute, and organization and relationship systems coaching training from the Center for Right Relationship. I've also earned Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification from the International Coach Federation.
Lastly, but most importantly, I'm married to a wonderful spouse and am "Mom" to two amazing kids, who I am lucky to call my family.
